Refund Policy

Sponsorship packages (Economy / Business / First)

Because sponsorship deliverables are tied to specific trip dates, we can't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a slot is confirmed. That said, we stand behind what we promise:

• If we fail to deliver your placement entirely (for reasons within our control), you'll receive a full refund or, if you prefer, an equivalent make-good placement.
• If your specific day or spot is missed due to weather, safety, or travel logistics outside our control, we'll offer an equivalent alternative day/post during the trip window instead of a refund.
• If no alternative slot is possible before the trip ends, we'll issue a partial refund proportional to what wasn't delivered.

Just Support Us (friend & family contributions)

These are voluntary gifts with no goods, services, or advertising promised in return, and are therefore non-refundable — same as handing a friend cash for their trip.

How to request a refund or make-good

Email asparagusasparagus6@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue, including your PayU payment reference/transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email or bank/UPI app statement) and a short description of what happened.

Processing time

Payments are processed through PayU. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via PayU and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's own processing times.
