Who we are

Come Fund Our Vacation is run by two individuals, Arnav and Savio, not a registered company. This page explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Checkout details: payments on this site are processed by PayU, a third-party payment gateway (cards, UPI, netbanking, and more). PayU handles and stores your payment details (card/UPI/bank info) directly under its own security standards — this site never receives or stores that information. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made, along with whatever contact details (name, phone) you enter at checkout, plus anything you send us afterward (email or Instagram DM) to be added to the leaderboard.
• Anything you send us directly: if you email us to sponsor, send a payment confirmation, or ask a question, we keep that correspondence to coordinate your sponsorship or contribution.

What we use it for

• Confirming your sponsorship or contribution once you send us proof of payment.
• Crediting you by name on our public leaderboard, website, and/or Instagram, as described in your tier — unless you ask us not to.
• Contacting you about delivery of your sponsorship (e.g. sending a shirt mockup, confirming your day).

Where it's stored

Sponsor and contribution records (name, tier, amount) are kept in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Arnav and Savio, used to power the public leaderboard on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. Your payment itself is processed by PayU under its own privacy and security policy — we do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Payment security

Payments are processed by PayU, a licensed third-party payment gateway supporting cards, UPI, netbanking, and more. Your card, banking, or UPI credentials are handled entirely within PayU's secure checkout under its own security standards (including PCI-DSS compliance for card payments); this site never receives, sees, or stores any of that information.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your name from the public leaderboard, correct any information we've listed about you, or stop future contact, at any time — just email us.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beyond standard hosting logs kept by our hosting provider (Netlify) for security and uptime purposes.
